The Hearth of the Practice: The Maitri Collective

A dedicated, trauma-informed somatic mentoring container for women seeking deep nervous system regulation and sustainable integration.

The Core Philosophy

In somatic and trauma-sensitive wellness, the deepest shifts don't happen in isolation, they happen when we are held in a safe, consistent container. Maitri means unconditional loving-kindness toward oneself. This collective is designed as a living "hearth"a warm, reliable space to return to as you integrate nervous system regulation, trauma-informed movement, and restorative practices into your daily life.

What is Included in the Collective Container

  • Living Somatic Mentoring Sessions
Deep-dive virtual or in-person sessions tailored entirely to your nervous system's capacity, weaving together trauma-sensitive movement, breath, and restorative practices.

  • Personal Practice Audio Archives
Every session is recorded and curated specifically for you. You will receive your personalized somatic audio guides and Yoga Nidra integration practices to anchor your body at home whenever you need a safe place to land.

  • The WhatsApp Hearth Anchor
Continuous text and voice-note integration support between formal sessions. You don't have to navigate real-time stressors or somatic shifts alone; you can lean into direct message accountability whenever you need a grounding touchstone.
