Prenatal Birth Preparation · 4-Session Series

Your body already knows how to birth. This series helps you come into a deeper relationship with that knowing through breathwork, movement, and a guided birth plan that is entirely yours.

Four sessions, one per week, building toward the birth you are preparing for with tools for labour, recovery, and the tender months that follow.

  • Guided personal birth plan your preferences, your voice

  • Breathing ratios and techniques for each stage of labour

  • Hypnobirthing and deep relaxation practices

  • Safe movement for pregnancy and postpartum recovery

  • Nursing support and newborn sleep practices

Chronic pain, trauma, grief, fatigue, or simply the quiet need to come home to yourself. All of it is welcome.

Yoga Classes

A weekly in-person gathering rooted in Yoga Nidra — one of the most profound practices for nervous system repair, deep rest, and the kind of restoration that sleep alone cannot reach.

Each Saturday we gather as a small group of women for breathwork, gentle movement, and an extended Yoga Nidra practice. Warm, unhurried, held. You will leave feeling different than when you arrived.
