Join us for transformative Saturday afternoon workshops designed exclusively for women seeking balance, vitality, and inner peace. What to Expect
Each 90-120 minute session offers a thoughtfully curated experience including pranayama breathing techniques for endurance and vitality, mindful yoga and physical movement, contemplative meditation, and nervous system regulation practices. We'll honor moments of silence together and you'll leave with practical tools and information to support your continued practice at home.
